dear god, please bless the victims of the sichuan earthquake & myanmar cyclone to be able to stand up again and be strong. let them be able to overcome the future obstacles that are in their way and let them to find happiness through what they're going through right now. to be able to receive help & aid asap.
sometimes i wonder if the end of the world is coming real soon. with so many things changing so rapidly that you can hardly absorb all the things that are being thrown to you. are we, or any of us prepared to accept the coming of that day?
so, what would you do, if its the end of the world today?
please bless the people to be safe and sound. as still, my favourite saying goes," live life to the fullest, for you would not know what will happen tomorrow."

well, what can i say? this show's worth 5pop-corns! was surprisingly really good! a romantic comedy which has a storyline.. both of them looking good at some angles.. X-factor!having a big appetite these days, which is time i should try to cut down again!
my back & leg are slowly recovering but hopefully, hopefully it'll be by this coming week.. i just wanna go out there and start sweating again~ tskk.. seems like its taking quite awhile, maybe i'm exerting too much.
our dear jill has finally taken out her braces! babe, its time to dress up more often.. =)))

went to the doctor to make sure that my back was only a sprain rather than a slip-disc which is something pretty serious. was chatting with my colleague who told me one of my another colleague actually fell from the stairs (abt the same time as me), torn some ligament on one side of the leg. was supposed to use clutches but did not, so end up affected the back and needa arrange for a operation soon. *scary*
that thought really did scare me for a moment cos i wasn't supposed to go blading! so decided to go to the doctor for assurance. he gave me a very surprised look that i did (actually made it for such activities) but anyway, i'm not supposed to do any strenuous exercise anymore for a week. ok, i've learnt my lesson.. cos my back has never been so pain before! i literally cant bend down, like as if i'm pregnant.. argh.
so yes, shall stay home to get ample rest for this whole week. (wanted to really get a mc to rest, but cant.. cos my boss was pretty doubtful abt this whole event that i had last week.) so as i'll recover soon & start running around real soooon.
i'll be a real good girl for this whole week..

watched this variety programme asking 2 highly rated taiwanese bloggers which gender would actually have the tendency of 出轨.
one of them said - 男人出轨是因为报答，女人出轨是因为报复。
the other said its the same. my 1st reaction was how could that be? but after listening to what he said, i do understand his argument on this question. his answer was - 男人出轨是肉体上的，女人出轨是思想上的。
actually both answers are diplomatic and yet they can give a very good answers to that. no wonder their blogs are highly rated! its just to prove that both man & woman thinks differently on a same subject. hopefully can find their blogs next time and share it with all~
interesting indeed.

my sun-tanned hand after a blading trip!feeling old (eeks!) , cos my back was screaming "help!" when i'm back home after my 1st blading trip after like so many donkey years. literally cant bend down. only after some rubbing & plastering - credits to a-mei-lu & salon pas, i'm feeling much better. (i-cant-believe-it!)
all i can say blading was real fun (surprisingly still managed to blade in that sprained & slightly painful ankle of mine), with lotsa screaming- when-you-lose-control. thanks to the coaches for guiding & thank you jill for (unknowingly) trying to tempt me to get a pair of blades~ =X

swollen ankles~ cos i kinda tripped on my way back home yesterday & yes, just came back from the chinese physician after my morning visit to the normal GP. given 2days mc to rest.. shld be well in no time!
kinda bring back some memories back in pri/sec school days where times like this we'll wear slippers to school together with our school uniform which looks totally "sar la"..

finally its my meetup w my best girlfriend in e8 class! the one who been thru thick & thin during our poly days. aiyo.. was downright excited in meeting you after so many months~ tskkk. another meetup which i can never have enough. (realised i have many.. ha) but i know it'll be real soon! the next one~
seriously after catching up w so many people i havent met for awhile.. i'm so glad to have so many nice friends ard~ (i do believe its fate.) & hopefully all of us will continue staying this way, am grateful of the friendship..! (and glad that i'm still contacting most) missing all my e8 mates, shall definitely organise one gathering sooon! (hopefully someone does it before me. get that, anyone?)

saw hazel & keith on the way to meet my dear angela! so coincidental! so much to catch up w you also.. waiting for our meetup nxt wk! aywy my monthly catch up w angela's been pretty smooth so far eh? went to this japanese curry pl to eat.. not too bad, had the katsu cheese pork fillet i think? angela's got herself the prawn & scallop one. finally tried out after hearing good recommendations after many years.. and also to spinelli for a short chill out before heading home. a short & sweet meeting, shall wait for our next meeting! =)

havent been singing for a long while, was a really fun & short time tho! aywy, its definitely a enjoyable night yesterday~ with lotsa laughter involved (can never miss that w them ard esp alvin).
