before the start of my new job, i took the opportunity to try to clear up my stuff at home as much as i can and i managed to clear quite a fair bit of stuffs. although there is still more to clear, there is still a small satisfaction in me. will need to work harder to make my room with lesser things.. good luck to me.
still have a week of orientation to go, before i really start on my job. i feel that the new current place would be a good environment for me to grow more. hope things will get better!

this trip was a super rush trip. but glad we managed to make the best outta everything. sooo wanna go back to taiwan sooooooon!
as we reached there around 6am in the morning, rushed all the way to hotel and to taipei main station to catch our train to hualien. we were soo close to missing the train but thank god the queue was short so we managed to get collect our advanced booking train tics. it was a total of 3hours ride and my butt nearly cracked since we also took feigou bus prior to that to our hotel, which was close to 40mins to XMD. the feigou bus was large and spacious and the driver actually try to plan the route and try to fetch you as near to your hotel as possible. this was superb although the bus was filled with traces of cigarette smell. anyway, the train was spacious and it feels comfy~
guess i've been to similar places hualien wasnt really that fantastic. the scary part was going through the dark tunnels, a few of them before being able to see the waterfall.
as it was raining pretty bad in the evening while we made our way to the beach in hualien, stops over there were very short and we head straight to the train station. there was still tics available so we managed to catch the express train back to taipei which only took 2hrs. Shopped alil at taipei main station underground mall before heading back to ximending for dinner. it was my favourite steamboat near Han She Hotel we had to wait for about 10-15mins even though it was already 9-10+pm but it still taste awesome~~
our room at diary of taipei, it is really accessible and very convenient although the lift lobby looks alil dodgy. and NOBODY KNOWS about the existence of the hotel except tourists i guess!
Day 2 was going to五分埔 to check out some clothes, we had lunch at Formosa Chang for the 卤肉贩，headed to 市镇府 for dinner.
it's a restaurant started by 蓝心湄 and they sell sichuen dishes, not too bad but you can only stay in the restaurant for one and a half hour! your time starts now..
we headed for the supermart which we got alot of food and tidbits etc before heading out to 師大夜市 for a last round before we call it a day. as it was already close to closing, we only get to take a look at some stalls then just settle on some food which is the smelly tofu, the 大肠面线 which seems very popular (both are nice, the crowd was non-stop), the last one was the 卤味 that was really awesome! no words can describe my love for it! (i'm still missing it right now..)
Day 3 was to the temple as we didnt managed to make it on the 2nd day of our trip due to fatigue
weather was great when we went longshan temple, the place that my friend wanted to go so we made our way there. was my first time visiting this temple too. it's clean and the toilet was surprisingly clean too. i guess cos we went pretty early in the morning..
after that we had our lunch at 周記肉粥 the food was superb! as the portion was quite small, each of us ordered 2 bowls of porridge despite eating our mister donut for breakfast. the well known fried pork was superb!
after that was shopping at ximending, taipei main station and heading to shilin 士林夜市. had 碳烤鸡排,and other good food, lastly getting some fresh 凤梨苏@士林捷运station before we call it a day to our last night in taipei.. overall it was a freaking short trip which was a pity i did not extend it longer but really enjoyed alot as i get to try alot of new things this time round.. love it!
