ok, company's trip for only a 2days 1night, am happy cos we'll be taking a day off tomorrow w/o work! but sad that its taking up my whole saturday! aywy, i'm pretty much looking forward to see how this resort is (cos the pics of this place was pretty good). basically i'm all prepared to go there and rot literally, but let's see how..

finally D&D is over, it was a mixture of being very irritated by a certain person in the committee & enjoyment during the whole event, although we were busy running errands instead. it was fun going back to my dept n have fun with them.. but oh well, nevermind. hopefully next year will still be a fun thing since all my lunch kakis are in a diff dept from me!

after D&D ended at abt 1plus, we went for 2nd round of drinks @winebar before heading off to home!

anyway, i feel really blessed to know these bunch of farnie & nice people in this company, it makes up to what i've lost at work!

apparently there was some miscommunication & Tam did not know that we're actually celebrating her birthday so early..! Oh well, aywy.. managed to have a good dinner at this authentic Japanese Place called Marutama Ra-Men.

all i can say is, this is the best Ra-men i've ever taken. (i'm serious!) The Tamago & char siew side dish was superb. oishii! abv is the char-siew ramen that i took.

after that we proceeded to Haagen Daaz for a short chill-out.

Our fresh FROZEN fondue. quite fun to eat in a group although its not really damn fantastic.

just came back from the dance class organised by our office. and yes, its really fun like what the others commented. apparently its social dance, next week's the last lesson (then they'll move on to other category of dances). the steps are "rock, back, side, side, side". u just keep rotating your partner after you finished your move; the "lead" (which is the guy) will just stay in their position, while us girls will move to the next partner. the only "disturbing" part was dancing with garie. stand too far from me which caused my hands to overstretch when both of us moved backward! argh! my hands still kinda hurt but other than that, its worth for some laughter and sweat! looking forward the next lesson with all my lunch kakis!

ling bought durian-strawberry strudel and treated me to one. but i was too busy rushing my package that i forgo it. (*sobz*) the smell spread around my office and everyone was complaining about the durian "stench". she was pretty embarrassed abt it but, its her birthday la! chill it peeps. aywy, wanted to eat it after that but still didn't managed to have it! too caught up with work. oh well, someday, i'll treat myself to that since i havent taken the strudel for sucha long time!

ok, we bought ling a lychee cake which looks really nice~ we went to soup restaurant and the soup is not too bad, and i like the chicken wrap with the super fresh lettuce! actually its my 1st time there and well, it didn't disappoint me afterall.

met up w tam, garie last fri and its nice..! dinner, chilling n supper. tot we'll end up cancelling cos one of them din wanna go. but, i insisted on not cancelling which i didnt regret. seriously getta know them more & realised they're actually pretty similar to me! cant wait to chill with them more often. i was surprised that we can stayed up late till like 3am! its fun la. chilling with them.

last min met up the girls on sat to watch the show "secret" & after that was more fun chilling out. like we always said, the last min events always worked out for us rather than those planned ones. so, hoping more of this to come after my stupid TP~!

really doing a exploring of different churches & now trying out at holy trinity, hope nxt wk will be better!

hmm, kana fly kite by my lunch kakis today.. oh well.. felt disappointed, cos i was all perked up for the night outing! but i guess the transformer movie made up for it. totally loved the show!!

i guess tts y i dislike organising stuffs alr.. i hate it when people said ok n backout at the very last min giving me lotsa lame reasons! ok nvm.. since i usually dont organised anymore~ or i guess the people makes up for it. as some are prone to backouts, some aint.. so.. c how, if i'll ever start organising fully again~

heard they're already shooting for transformer 2? wonder how real is it.. i'll wanna see it again!

lunch was at sizzler, giving the tt temp-turned-perm a farewell treat. she's basically a nice girl to talk to, but not nice to work with. monday will be hell for me, cos she's gone.. sure got tons of work to do! aywy, she's leaving for greenland.. good for her, definitely will have a good experience there!

had a farewell dinner for one of our lunchie mate. well, we've laughed too much that most of us had a hard time breathing..! went to arab st to chill after that n well.. not too bad, i like the atmosphere. one worker told me a cold joke n i didnt know if i should laugh or what. another one tried coming into our grp pic! ambience's goOd~ i like the interior cosy design there! i'm waiting to chill with them again!

this grp pic has actually been taken for many times cos the workers there doesnt know how to use it. i was not even fully adjusted to the position i wanted n snapped, there it goes! oh well~

ok, finally able to start blogging at the own comfort of my house.. but, i'm not used to alot of things. the new wide screen. it kinda stretches everything i see.. hmm. think i'll needa read up on some of the stuff, getting rusty.

aywy, watched shrek 3 n i like it! surprisingly its nice, despite some bad reviews i've heard from people who watched them. its soo hilarious that i think i'm one of the few tt laughed really loud! opsss!

just came back from marina south.. dinner over there with my lunch kakis. heard that its gonna close down by end of year, so.. think shld go down for a few more steamboat sessions!! firstly, its really quite a coincidence where all of us were wearing black.. pretty cool! and i actually tot the session was not on until garie told me.. we wenta the petrol kiosk to pump tt punctured tyre of garie's car.. tot its quite cool, since its a free service! (alright, i dinno!) the scene was pretty funny whr tam & me were looking at the "bible", w Vik & Jess calling people to check out whr's the nearest petrol kiosk. n ling, sitting in front trying to think a nearest one, garie driving.. waiting for our instructions.. its like as if we're participating on a treasure hunt event! well, aywy food there was pretty not bad & they're funny la.. all of them. didnt know ling can speak w the indian accent! alright, i hope i'll be able to go to geylang for frog leg porridge soon. super tempted~!
